As the airlines updates their fares, the agents see the new contracts immediately, and not just by fax or email; the fares are instantly searchable through the FAREnet Global itinerary planner.

The intuitive enquiry screen will yield results from your specified dates in a column-configurable table, checking the fares for minimum and maximum stays, plus midweek and weekend validity. Validity can be relaxed to empower the travel consultant to dynamically act on their findings, or tightened to bring back only what was requested.

The fare search facility understands departure and destination city codes, not just airports, and all codes are checked against both individual fares and those featured within custom contract-specific zones.

The routing includes domestic add-ons, and international and domestic transit points. Pricing information includes the base cost, add-ons, and three mark-up levels. From here, you can access the full contract as the airline wanted you to see it, and tap into the product information from the airlines themselves. Moreover, you can access live availability from the GDS for your chosen route.

The functionally-rich FAREnet interface is accessible in browser-form through a remote desktop connection over the internet. Since all software and data is held and run remotely, there is no local requirement for heavy-duty hardware, or time-consuming software installations.   Click to view larger image

Airlines and consolidators have access to the FAREnet Distributor, listing their contracts alongside a list of potential recipients. With the relationships in place, the click of a button puts the distributor into action. The contracts and all the fares within simply appear alongside your own contracts, and are available for enquiry immediately.
